We are approximately a 15-20 minute drive from the main beach. Book parking the day before for a discount. If you just fancy a beach walk, you may want to try the quieter but equally as beautiful East Wittering slightly further along, parking is also cheaper but it is a stoney beach so if sand is what you want, West Wittering is the best.

Chichester Harbour has miles of quiet shore line, there are many beaches to explore. A couple of local highlights are Hayling Island & Bosham. Hayling Island has a beautiful beach with lovely shallow bathing, handy for children, a mixture of sand and stones depending on which part you visit. Bosham is an idyllic coastal village. The tidal harbour affords a gorgeous range of views throughout the day, we recommend using the carpark so as not to get caught out when the tide comes into the shore. At high tide the locals take a dip off the jetty. Ice creams are plentiful and delicious!
