Lucky's Stable is a family friendly holiday cottage in West Sussex, comfortably sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms. Discover an elegant combination of rural and modern design, beautiful bedding, a modern kitchen, and gorgeous bathrooms. The outside space comes into its own as the weather warms, with a large decked area, BBQ, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, garden lawn, and comfy sofas to lounge in.
For larger groups you can book Silhouette's Stable as well, sleeping up to 10.
2025 Availability
Lucky's Stable has good availability for June. Mid summer is a beautiful time to visit with those long sunny days, gardens in bloom, bird song filling the air, and beach days galore.

A Perfect Family Holiday Cottage in Sussex
Your family will find it easy to settle into Lucky's Stable. It has three double bedrooms, one with zip and lock beds that can be used as two singles, and there is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional flexibility. Downstairs is open plan with a large living space. Sofas surround a log burner for those chillier nights, the handmade dining table seats 10, and the kitchen has a American style fridge freezer with integral ice maker and filtered water, and you can cook up fabulous meals on the large range cooker. Enjoy a Bluetooth connected sound system, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and board games.
There's so much to do locally too, from exploring the beautiful countryside of the South Downs and Chichester Harbour to visiting fabulous attractions like Arundel Castle, West Wittering beach, & exploring naval history at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. There's great food to be had, from buying fresh local produce from a farm shop, to eating at a rural pub or enjoying fine dining at an esteemed restaurant.

"We booked this for my husbands 60th Birthday, and stayed with friends and our teenage daughters. The weather was amazing all weekend, the stables were beautiful and finished to a very high standard. Comfortable bedrooms, lots of space, plenty of towels etc. The hot tub was amazing and was used all weekend. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area. We would love to come back and stay again. Sarah was great help."
